Hey there, I'm Alyna Pham Founder, Director, and Certified Coach at Ignite Her Spark.

Welcome to my corner of the digital world! Physically based in Melbourne, Australia (arguably the coffee capital of the world).

I'm on a mission to empower women, especially those from culturally diverse backgrounds, to break barriers, unleash their potential, and live vibrant, purpose-driven lives.

A Little About Me:

I wear multiple hats – from leading Ignite Her Spark, to facilitating workshops, and even taking the stage as a professional speaker.

My passion lies in guiding women, and helping them find their strength and resilience. To create safe and uplifting spaces where women are able to build themselves and go out there to be their empowered and joyful selves.

  • For me, kindness, growth, connection, and vitality are not just words—they're guiding principles shaping everything I do.

You'll find my calendar often jam-packed because I thrive on boundless energy and a passion for filling every moment with meaningful experiences.

I balance this with lots of moments of complete solitude.

  • In my downtime, you'll often find me indulging in playing board games, diving into captivating books, and absorbing knowledge through podcasts and audiobooks.

    • I'm that introverted extravert—an ENFP, if you're into Myers-Briggs lingo!

    • Human design-wise I am a 3/6 Sacral Generator (my gift being an ideas person)

    • Clifton strengths are input (curiousity), relator, leaner, communicator and activator. It all makes 110% sense!

    • When I'm not empowering women or diving into coaching, I'm jetting off to explore the world. Travel fuels my soul, feeding my love for experience and adventure.

    • Long walks and hikes are my way of resetting and restoring.

    • An Adrenaline junkie - love my rollercoasters, bungee jumping and sky diving!

    • Foodie Alert! I've been a pescatarian for over 6 years and have a soft spot for ice cream. I'm the go-to gal for fresh restaurant recommendations; you'll rarely catch me dining at the same place twice.

    • When time allows, I channel my love through cooking and baking – my way of expressing love is through acts of service.

    • Exercise is my medicine. I find immense joy in physical movement—whether it's hitting the gym, playing tennis, boxing, running, or being part of an indoor soccer team. For me, holistic wellness isn't just a concept; it's a way of life.

    • According to world-known researcher, Mel Robbin’s 4 tendencies I am a ‘questioner’ (makes a lot of sense!)

    • I am a quote collector, I like to keep inspiration all around me and share them at every chance I get.

    • I don’t idolise many people but I love Sarah Davidson (Founder of Matcha Maiden), she embodies seeking joy in creating the path to your ‘yay’.

  • I embarked on my educational journey, diving into a business degree at the tender age of 18, simply because it seemed the path everyone followed. Later, my own health struggles sparked a curiosity, leading me to study nutrition—a pursuit born from personal experiences.

For years, I drifted without a clear sense of direction, living life on autopilot, doing what seemed expected. It wasn't until I stumbled into an incredible role that I began uncovering my strengths and defining my core values. Dedicated years to self-discovery allowed me to understand myself better, embracing and leading with my strengths.

My career journey spans various industries, from hospitality and retail to banking. Teaching Adults English was a chapter that deeply enriched my understanding before my pivot into tertiary education and non-profit sectors, finding my calling in sales and coaching.

But there came a point when the monotony of work, sleep, and repeat felt stifling. I craved more, sensing a deeper purpose beyond the routine. That's when I realised the power of clarifying my values, strengths, and passions—how it illuminated my purpose.

  • The moment I witnessed the spark of possibilities in people's eyes, I knew coaching was my life's work. Seeing others find a way forward amid challenges solidified my purpose, driving me to continue this path even if it meant doing it without pay.
